Cabins and Camping

Stay at Elkin’s (on-site at wedding location)

  • About Elkin's

Elkin’s offers quintessential North Idaho-style cabins ranging from studio to 4 bedrooms. There should be enough beds for everyone, however it may require bunking up (sharing cabins).

The cabins are BLOCKED for wedding guests to make reservations from October 1st - January 1st. We do strongly recommend getting something reserved as soon as possible if you’re interest in staying on-site.

  • Book a Cabin

To book a cabin for the long weekend, you will need to call Elkin’s Resort. Sorry millennials, you will have to call someone to reserve.

  • Share a Cabin

Let K&A know if you’d like to have a room in a larger shared cabin (or if you have space in your cabin you’d like to share). We will try to coordinate bunking up with another cool friend.

Non-Elkin’s Options

  • Camping

Incredible campsites are available in the area including Reeder Bay, which is right next door, or Beaver Creek, which is down the way but Deirdre’s favorite. As these are state or forest service campgrounds, reservations are open January 1st, 2026.

  • Hill's Resort

A cute resort further south on Priest Lake (18 min drive—no Ubers). Hill’s has cabins and hotel-style accommodation. This is the next best option if Elkin’s fills up.

  • Airbnb

You’re on your own here. Options range from rustic single-wide trailers to ultra-luxury 1970’s lakeside chalets.
